Overview

Oversaw the development of a customer reservation portal that unified reservations, inventory, pricing, and logistics in one place. Integrating .NET Core, React, and MS SQL with SAP B1, I used the SAP B1 Service Layer for real-time synchronisation and built robust data- and error-handling routines to keep everything consistent across systems and deliver a smooth experience for users.

The challenge

Reservations, inventory, pricing, and logistics lived across different systems, making it hard to keep data consistent and accurate.

My approach

I oversaw a portal integrating .NET Core, React, and MS SQL with SAP B1, using the Service Layer for real-time sync and adding strong error handling to protect data integrity.

The outcome

Reservation and inventory data stayed accurate and current across the business, streamlining workflows and improving the customer experience.
